Great Smoothie Maker, Great Price! March 15, 2008 KDMask (Rochester, Planet Fab, NY) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I searched for a blender for awhile. The price ranges were all over the place. I finally decided to get this little guy because it's lightweight, offered a "wave" action and was inexpensive. I absolutely love it! I previously had a Kenmore (much heavier, much more expensive) and not even that could crush the frozen fruit up as well as this model. Very light, easy to use. There are three "high end" buttons for smoothies, crushed ice and milkshakes. Blends fast and well. Cleaning was fast and easy. I like the fact the base can be taken apart so you can wash all the parts. The wave motion is as advertised and really blended a great smoothie.
careful of the bottom part February 8, 2008 A. Akyurt 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
yes, it crushes ice really well, but the screw-on bottom can be VERY messy if you accidentally get it loose while taking the blender off the base. Everything just comes gushing out the bottom. It's not bad, but I would have perferred something with a one-piece bottom.
Great blending, even ice! May 31, 2007 Amy Edmunds (Lakeland FL) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Just got mine and my biggest test is always ice! I made a smoothie and it crushed up the ice along with everything else. Glad I took a chance and bought this one!
